O saptamana interesanta!

Mi-am adus aminte cu placere de faptul ca acum aproape 10 zece ani aveam cea mai mare rata de vanzari urbane & cel mai mare ARPU ( * average revenue per unit) in industria televiziunii digitale…

Mai interesanta a fost experienta trainingului on the job in care am exersat si eu ultimele doua experiente profesionale, Orange Corporate & Boom.

Am ajuns la momentul in care trebuie sa definesc impreuna cu Regional Sales Managerii Romcom noile procese de vanzari. Nu avem alta solutie decat sa optimizam ciclul de vanzari actual vs tactica competitiei & diferentiatorii Orange.

In acest moment te rog sa iti imaginezi ce se intampla acum in cadrul echipei tale de vanzari, pe segmentul de piata in care activezi, daca noi astazi am reusit impreuna sa avem un orizont de optimizare (iceberg) de 80%… pornind de la un portofoliu de peste 10 milioane de clienti (baza de date / vizibilitate profil client)…
