Pentru ca rezultatele de pe blog vs campania #PrinTara » Business Networking au fost si sunt extrem de convingatoare pentru mine m-am decis sa detaliez si aici acest moment din cariera.
In acest moment am inceput procesul de recrutare McKinsey (Consultant in Strategie) si sunt deasemenea in discutii cu doua grupuri industriale din vest & sud. Nu a fost o decizie usoara insa sunt convins ca este singura cale spre urmatorul nivel in procesul de dezvoltare personala.
HR » Agentie Recrutare? In consecinta vreau cu aceasta ocazie sa ma intorc in circuitul fortei de munca si din punctul de vedere al recrutorilor. Va multumesc anticipat pentru feedback:
Ce se intampla cu reteaua de freelanceri B2B Strategy?
In principiu singura diferenta majora este trecerea personala de la Managing Partner la Consultant pentru entitatea de freelanceri… o sa-mi pastrez ritmul de blogging (m-am obisnuit :)) si o sa va anunt gamele de servicii restructurate.
